Stopped by this coffee shop and was really impressed. I tried the blue raspberry Red Bull slushy and it was amazing, super refreshing and full of flavor. I also had an iced vanilla caramel latte that was just as good, smooth, sweet, and perfectly balanced. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me figure out what to order. Great service and even better drinks. Definitely coming back.

This is THE spot, I’ve never been disappointed. Amazing coffee! I got the tiramisu latte this time, so good. The one annoying thing is the amount of ice.. way too much. Next time, I’ll ask for light ice but I didn’t this time around and it was more than half cup of ice 😩

Must-Try Drive-Thru Coffee Shop Supporting a Small Business I recently stopped by a local drive-thru coffee shop that completely outshines Starbucks! Supporting small businesses is always a win, and this spot didn’t disappoint. The staff was super sweet and helpful, recommending her favorite drink—the S’mores Iced Latte—and suggesting the Lavender Vanilla Matcha Latte for next time. Here’s what we ordered: •   2 Chai Lattes •   S’mores Iced Latte •   Vanilla Bean Iced Latte •   2 Strawberry Banana Smoothies All for just $35! A great deal for such flavorful, handcrafted drinks. The only downside was the styrofoam cups used for hot coffees and smoothies. While they kept the drinks warm and cold, they’re not the best for little ones—my 2- and 4-year-olds loved the smoothies but could easily break the cups with the straws. CHOYO, which stands for “Choose Your Own Flavor.” They offer so many customizable options, so there’s something for everyone. We’ll definitely be back! If you’re in the area, give this gem a try and support a small business with a big heart.

This place has completely won me over! I used to be a loyal Starbucks girl, but not anymore — this spot has everything I need and more. The team always remembers me, knows my order, and makes every visit feel personal. The drinks are so good — refreshing, full of vitamins and electrolytes, and perfect for my post-workout routine or just a daily pick-me-up. It’s more than just a drink stop, it’s part of my day I truly look forward to.

We are officially addicted to SIP! I can no longer enjoy coffee from anywhere because nothing tastes as good! My favorite is the cold brew caramel vanilla bean iced coffee which is always served perfectly and not to mention they never overfill the cup with ice. The staff is beyond friendly, they are helpful, engaging and willing to make your experience one of a kind. Treat yourself to this coffee you will be happy you did ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ordered the green juice, grilled cheese, Dr. 305 and sausage egg and cheese croissant. The ladies were friendly and helpful with menu options and the food was good. My favorite was the green juice. So convenient to just drive thru. Will come back for sure!

I recently found out about Sip 305 from a flyer in the mail and decided to try it out. My first experience was so great, that I’ve gone back several times since. The staff is always extremely sweet and helpful with their recommendations and they have a great selection of flavors on the menu! I’m so glad to have a spot where I can get the yummiest sodas from the kindest people! Highly recommended.

Honestly this place is amazing. We went because we were impressed that they have 5 stars from hundreds of reviews. After going, we immediately could tell why. Their coffee is so delicious and the customer service is always great. We always get the iced Tuscan trifle with espresso and the iced cookie dough with espresso. Their matcha with strawberry & vanilla is great too. Must try their muffin tops as well. Highly recommend!!!

Great location. I had an espresso which rocked. But more than anything else they are donating their aluminum cans to Pick Up For Cancer Inc which then donates the money to cancer research and treatment! Thank you for being a great business and even better community members!
